Chef Stephan and his team were named the 2015 Food Network Holiday Cake Wars Champions. He also was named 2016 Industry Chef of the Year thru the American Culinary Federation. While he is best known for his creativity and flair for dramatic plating, in recent years he has burst onto the fruit and vegetable sculpting scene. As the founder of Graffiti Carving, he’s taken home the gold in a number of sculpting competitions. As an artist he uses the canvas of fruit and vegetables to send a unique message that encourages other culinarians to push the boundaries.
Chef Sherry has been featured on the Food Network with Guy Fieri on “Guy’s Grocery Games”. She also was the Three Time Grand Champion at the Canton Pro Football Hall of Fame Taste of NFL, and two time #1 Best Chef for Fine Dining Restaurants. When you walk into Chef Sherry’s family owned fine dining restaurant Shy Cellar, you feel a spirit of love, unity and purpose. Her family has mastered the lost art of conversation, and commitment to excellence. The Shy Cellar team pride’s themselves in making sure everyone feels at home. Chef Sherry has designed a menu influenced by the ingredients, traditions, and her culinary mastery which has every item sounding irresistible. They don’t make culinary genius like Chef Sherry anymore and is the reason why Lurilux is honored to have her as a Culinary Ambassador.

Jay Sayegh was born in Pasadena California, and his family is from Jordan where he gets his middle eastern taste palette. From garlic, spices, rubs, to the veggies that are often enjoyed at home, Jay brings special qualities to grilling that encompass the importance of living, laughing, entertaining, while doing it all on a budget. With his burly voice and sense of humor, Jay is also a dedicated Police Officer and just doesn’t protect his family but also the community. Lurilux salutes Jay for his continued service and is honored to have him as one of our Culinary Ambassador. Through his videos, we are excited to learn not just grilling technique/recipes but also lifelong lessons of being a great father, husband, and what’s truly important in life, family and friends.
