Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately, because of the nature of customization, we cannot offer refunds. Exchanges are conditioned upon eligibility. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, defective and/or damaged, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless otherwise instructed.
